I retired in 2018, moved, and started a new buisness all at the same time in diff state. I paid 26K in taxes to moving company. Can this be used on my 2018 tax return?

Moving expenses are no longer deductible in 2018 except for military relocation. This is a new provision of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
