I redeemed the TurboTax Premium but at the end it is still asking to pay for it.

Hi,
I received free access to TurboTax Premium through Fidelity and even used it to file an extension earlier. However, now when I try to submit my tax return, TurboTax is asking me to pay for the service. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
