I recieved my tax return but 60 dollars is missing feom what turbo tax said i would get. I used free filing so i shouldnt have been charged

Did you choose a direct deposit to a bank account or to a prepaid card?

Who was the deposit from?  The IRS/US Treasury, a state tax agency, or a third-party bank?

Were you expecting both Federal and state refunds?  If so, which one did you get?    Be sure you are NOT going by the total of the 2 refunds.

For a Federal refund, compare the figure to what is shown on your Form 1040, Line 20a.

If you are due both Federal and state refunds, they come separately.  So don't go by a total of both refunds.

It sounds like you received the Federal refund.  Is the Federal amount correct?  Does it match what is shown on your Form 1040, Line 20a?
