I received unemployment wages last year,i received my 1099 with the amount of wages i was paid but i received another form with another amount that says income tax refunds,credits and offsets.

The two 1099-G forms are entered in different sections of TurboTax. For the Unemployment 1099-G:

• In your open return, select Tax Tools, Tools
• Topic Search
• Type '1099-G, unemployment compensation' in the box then select GO 

For the income tax refund, credits and offsets 1099-G:

• In your open return, select Tax Tools, Tools
• Topic Search
• Type '1099-G, state and local tax refunds' in the box then select GO 

Answer 'Yes' to the first page, then on the following page mark the box for state or local income tax refunds and continue to enter the form details.
