You need to contact the CO unemployment office and ask them to provide a duplicate 1099-G.
There is a part of the American Rescue Act that reduces your taxable unemployment received and reported on your tax return that IRS has not finished telling us we can put in the software yet. So, if you have to wait a little while, it might be a good idea to wait to file it until you can e-file it anyway
Thank you for your answer. It seems a lot of people are still waiting on their forms, so I will have to wait a little longer.
