I received the lump sump from SocialSecurity Disability in January 2012 for June-December of 2011 and I did claim the lump sum on my 2012 taxes. Do I need to claim the lump sum again?

You would only enter a lump sum payment if the payment was noted on the 2023 Social Security benefits Form SSA-1099.   If you did not receive a lump sum payment in 2023 then when asked if you received a lump sum payment answer No.
