I received multiple notices from TurboTax that my Fed and State returns were rejected due to incorrect AGI. AGI is verified with no change. Where do I go from here?

AGI verified from 1040 and IRS Receipt, and resubmitted, I see current status of Rejected AND Pending in TurboTax for Fed and State.

I may have figured it out. I initially submitted on 2/28/2021, and was notified of Fed Rejection on 3/3/2021. Same day, I contacted IRS in response to a 4883C letter, and verified AGI for 2019, and was told I overpaid Tax, and would receive a refund and interest. I re-submitted same return in TurboTax with no changes on 3/3/2021. Next day, I received Email from TurboTax advising Fed rejected. I took that to mean the second return was rejected, but I think it was advising of first rejection. Today I received a phone call from TurboTax advising that I needed to fix my return per email instructions. I logged on and saw a status note at the top of the Tax page that said Fed return was accepted on 3/5/2021, BUT status in the middle of the page showed Fed rejected on 3/3/21, and below that, showed Fed was Pending on 3/3/2021. I think the TurboTax status messaging is akimbo, and the notices I received on 3/4 and 3/5 were lagging behind, and referring to the 3/3/2021 rejection, likely due to the issues I spoke to the IRS directly about on 3/3/2021. I will wait a few days and check again to make sure my Fed remains in the Accepted status (top of the page), and ignore the status messages in the middle of the page, which may be a log file, or transaction history, but do not reflect current status. Also, I received USPS mail from IRS today (3/5/2021) confirming the pending 2019 refund.

If your E-file status is showing "Accepted" and you are receiving a message when checking your status on the IRS Where's My Refund? site, then it sounds like everything went through ok. Did you receive an email from TurboTax that states "Action Needed" from  turbotax@intuit.com.? This is what you would have received from us if your return was rejected again from the IRS if you are saying you resubmitted.
