Here are the steps to report the Form 1095-A:

Sign into your Online account and select Take me to my return.
Select Federal in the left side bar.
Next select Health Insurance at the top of the screen.
The first question will ask Did you have Health insurance coverage in 2017? Select the appropriate box then continue.
The following question will ask Was anyone covered by any of these plans in 2017? select Yes then continue.
When asked What type of plan you were enrolled in? select Affordable Care Act aka Obamacare (1095-A) and follow the onscreen instructions to enter the form.
