I received an IRS CP25, I’m expected to receive a return according to turbo tax but that CP25 says amount owed is $0. Also the “changes” the CP25 show no difference.

CP25 shows no difference from my calculations but it says amount owed is 0$ so am I no longer getting a refund?

That is about estimated payments you reported on 1040 line 26. Did you send in the estimated payments? IRS Understanding a CP25 notice
