The Recovery Rebate Credit is the official name for what generated the "stimulus payments". The IRS is saying that what their records show they sent your for the third stimulus payment sometime after March, 2021, is different from what you told TurboTax you received. Based on your input, we calculated an additional credit, to which the IRS is saying you weren't (fully) entitled.

I would suggest that you check your IRS online account for the amount they say you received as a 2021 stimulus payment. If that differs from your records, you will need to contact them to sort out the difference.

Based on the information you've provided, it doesn't seem that your geo-thermal credit has anything to do with this.
