I received a settlement for personal injuries; not lost wages. This non-taxable income used to be reported. Do I need to report it with the new form? if so, how?

It is non-taxable income, but I believe it used to be reported anyway on the old form.  If there is no need to report it, I won't as I know they are tax-free funds.  I just want to be sure.

As long as you have not used the medical bills as a deduction in the past, a personal injury settlement is completely nontaxable and does not need to be reported.
