I received a message that my taxes were filed. My intent is to file by mail. Does this mean that my taxes have been filed electronically ?

You can check to see whether your tax return was filed by simply re-opening your return or signing back in to TurboTax. Your filing status should be the first thing you see on your Home page. It will state whether you have electronically filed your return (e-filed) or whether you chose to file by mail.  It will say "Ready to print" or "Printed".
