Why did YOU receive your ex's paycheck? Did you somehow cash his check and keep the money? Please explain this more clearly.
It came in my name.

Well that requires more explanation. Why is your ex husband's employer paying you?
If it is truly a paycheck, you should get a W-2. Don't do anything until you get a W-2. You can't file a tax return based on a paycheck. The employer has until January 31 to send out the W-2.
If the W-2 lists your ex as the employee, then it goes on his tax return. If the W-2 lists you as the employee, with your Social Security number, then it goes on your tax return. Don't file either tax return until you get the W-2.
Was the check issued in 2022 or in 2023? If it was issued in 2023 you won't get the W-2 until next January, and it will go on someone's 2023 tax return.
Why do you call it a "final" paycheck? Do you mean it was the last paycheck for the year (2022)? Did your ex leave the job? Did he pass away?
