I received a 1099c for a forclosure with an amount of debt discharged. Later I received a corrected copy of the 1099c with the amount of discharged debt listed as zero. Do I need to list the 1099c on my tax return with a zero amount, or do I just not lis

Keep it in the tax file you keep and do not list it on the return.

A 1099C with $0 does not need to be reported and that is what you now have.   Great that they issued you a corrected one.
