I received a 1099 Misc for a Recital performed out of state. Do I need to file another State Income Tax Report?

I received a 1099 Misc for a Recital performed out of state. Do I need to file another State Income Tax Report?
You do not have to file another State Income Tax Return unless the 1099-MISC shows State Income Tax withheld for that particular State in Box 16. If this is the case, you will file a Non-Resident Tax Return simply to receive a refund for the withheld amount.
