When you enter your Health Insurance information, you would select that You were covered all 12 months and that You were covered by a Special Plan. You would then enter the information from your Form 1095-A.
You do not need to enter the information from your Form 1095-C.
For tax year 2019 that question no longer exists. In the ''Deductions & Credits" tab scroll down to "Medical" and find the "Affordable Care Act" topic and enter your 1095-A information only.
