I receive an error msg TT403 when trying to open my 2018 tax return that I was working on

I have purchased Turbo Tax disc

I have installed the program and working on my taxes

Today when I  tried to open my tax return I received a error msg TT403

Can you please advise me how to proceed and open my tax return that I have been working on

Have you saved your tax file you were working on?
I recommend reinstalling the software and if you have your incomplete file you should be able to open it and pickup where you left off.
I would backup your tax file on a seperate memory device.
