My alimony ends this month but I believe I'm done receiving now because I haven't received any money this month. Do I still pay the taxes on the month this month if I don't receive the money?

The 4th quarterly payment made this month is for the 2017 taxes you will owe so yes, make the payment.

If you will not get any alimony in 2018 then you can stop making estimates for 2018.

Where to input my quarterly state taxes that I paid? AI said a tab that is not showing up. It said it should be under "deductions and credits" but it is not.
