I realized my tax return says I filled for single and joint filters. Which means I'm married but am not. Is there a way I can change it to single?

Go back to the Personal Info section at the top of your screen and scroll down past your name section to where it says your Filing Status and click the EDIT button.  Now select the filing status that you want and continue through the interview questions.  After this you should be listed as single.
