I put in my bank account info for the IRS to debit the account on 4/15 - but when I printed the tax return it had payment vouchers on it.... is this set to pay or no?

Yes, if you e-filed and set up your direct debit information then you are fine. The payment voucher prints by default but you can disregard it.
