I purchased Turbotax Premier, and downloaded on my computer. I sign in,now what? It brings me to the Tell us about you...then gives me options to buy? Where do I start?

Is it asking for your license code? Is it allowing you to begin entering your personal information? If you are using the desktop software, it should allow you to create a new return upon you initial login.

I also purchased Turbotax Premier Advantage for 2024 (online version) and now when I attempt to start the program, it asks for my license number, which I entered exactly as what is on my invoice (purchase directly at Intuit website. It now says there is an error 630 and will not allow me to access the program. HELP!
