I purchased Turbotax Home

Did you buy the Home & Business Desktop program?  You need to download and install it on your computer.  You are posting from the Online version which is different than the CD/Download Desktop program.  You can't apply the Desktop purchase to the Online version.  We can tell you how to switch to the Desktop program without paying for Online if you started in the Online version.
