My granddaughter used this purchase order to file her taxes, and now it appears that I cannot use this purchase to file my family taxes.  I don't see where another file application is available.

Open the program on your computer by clicking the TurboTax icon on your desktop.  Click the File tab in the upper left.  Choose to start a New return.

What you purchased was the download of a program that is installed on your own computer and shows an icon on your desktop.  What you are asking from is an online web version that is not installed on your computer and can can only be used for one return.
