I purchased TurboTax for my Mac, but I can't upgrade OS and it won't run. Can I apply the cost of the app to the filing fee if i use the online version?

You cannot use that license to pay for online software. Did you purchase the CD/download from TurboTax? If so, contact customer support to see if they will give you online instead or work something out with you.

Can you find a friends or relative's computer to install it on? If you bought the CD it has both the Windows and Mac programs on it.
