I purchased turbo tax program from amazon. I should be able to do 5 returns, but how do I change between returns?

If you are using TurboTax Desktop you will simple select 'File > New Return' (black menu bar at the top) and begin a second tax return.

Did you download and install the Desktop program? And activate it with the 16 digit License Code? Or you might have bought a License Code for the Online browser version which is only good for 1 return and 1 account. The Desktop program has the tabs going across the top. The Online version has the tabs and menu down the left side.

If you have the Desktop program installed go up the File-New.
