I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe. I have Windows 10 so I had to use online. It only allows 1 and I paid for 5. What can I do?

Not much. You can try contacting Support to see if they can help but the online versions only allow one return per purchase, not unlimited like the desktop versions with 5 free federal e-files.

Sorry--- you misunderstood the offer to switch to online instead of using the desktop software.  You do not get those five federal e-files with online.  The amount you paid for desktop download was likely very close to the fee for one federal  (Deluxe $49 ) and one state ($39) using online----which is the "trade" you made.

 With online, you get one federal e-file and the state return that goes with it.    If you have more returns to prepare for other family members, etc., you pay the fee for each one at the current rate for online.  With online there are separate fees for federal and state.
