I purchased the wrong download to do my 2021 taxes. How do I change it to chrome?

Sorry---there is no CD/download that can be used on a chromebook if that is what you mean. The CD/download can only be used on a full PC or Mac.

Edited----a 2021 return can only be prepared using the CD/download. Do you have a friend or family member who would allow you to use the desktop software on their computer?

You cannot use TurboTax Online to file for 2021. TurboTax Online is only for the current tax year, which is now 2022. To file for 2021 you have to use the CD/Download TurboTax software for 2021. And as xmasbaby0 said, the CD/Download software is only available for Windows or Mac, not for a Chromebook.
