I purchased the turbo tax program to do my 2018 taxes. Can i use the program to do my 2019 as well or do i have to repurchase the program to do my 2019 taxes?

Each tax year is a separate TurboTax program.

To complete and file a 2019 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2019 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

I purchased the wrong year to file my 2019 taxes, i accidentally purchased 2018. Can i get it switched? i still need to file my 2019 taxes. i already did my 2018 through turbotax online.
