I purchased the TT Business CD and using it on windows. Trying to file w2. QEF says I have to purchase the business cd. I have it in. Won't allow me to go further

I have the TT Business cd in while trying to access the QEF. The QEF continues to say I cannot edit or go into the W2 as I need to use one of the following programs. Well, I am using one of the programs it asks for. 

I open up the Turbo Tax 2017. I go to the Prepare and File your W2's. I click there to go onto the QEF. And then it comes up saying I am not accessing it through Turbo Tax 2017 business. Which is Exactly what I am using to sign onto it! It makes no sense to me. I did not have this problem last year.

@jesy929 Have you installed the most recent updates to your software?  This issue is "supposed" to have been resolved.

I got it to work. I did nothing differently. For the 9th time I did the same steps of going onto the Turbo Tax Business and hitting the QEF. 9th time it worked. I did nothing differently. Seems to have been a glitch in the system. And I updated my program before even trying to do anything on the w2's or anything else other than the beginning screens when you put in your beginning info.

@jesy929 Thank you!  I'm not a TT employee, but I do prepare employer forms.  Seems like every year, there's some issue with QEF early in the season.  Makes for some anxious users when the end of January is looming near.  I appreciate your response, as it may help other users in the forum.
