I purchased DVD at Costco and found out our new computer does not have a DVD drive. How could I download the deluxe version without having to pay for a second license

I purchased DVD at Costco and found out that our new computer does not have a DVD drive. I do not see any type of registration code on the deluxe DVD case or literature in the box. How could I download the deluxe version without having to pay for a second license?

Didn't answer the question. I have 4 CDs from Costco from 2015, 16, 17 &18 and none have a registration code. None were needed to download turbotax using a CD drive or to file the return. I usually start my return online for free but file from my laptop. When I log into my online account, it won't let me access 2019 because it wants me to finish 2018 (which in on my computer and filed.)

Ok ... let's start with the 2019 online access ... it is NOT available yet ... expected date 12/4 however that date is subject to change.  

Now to the silly useless method of starting online then switching to the downloaded version ... just start and finish with the downloaded version which WILL need a CODE starting with the 2019 version.  The downloaded version is available now and you can search for a good price online or in stores ... in fact CostCo has it listed already ... https://www.costco.com/CatalogSearch?dept=All&keyword=turbotax
