I purchased download for Mac - it doesn't work (old OS) so I am trying to find where I can utilize TT online but am unable to located it once I sign in! Help?

You will not be able to pay for online TurboTax with the license code you have for the download. You will need to seek a refund for the download if you have not already done so.
