I purchased CD/Download when connecting to download the software, the site only offers doing online. No ability to Download software. I've done turbotax for 20 plus year

Does TurboTax have a customer support center with real people located in the USA. Appears the site is designed to discourage Tax Paying Americans.

I've downloaded MacOS for TurboTax 2022 and need windows download but it doest allow me to download it .. there's no option .. how do I download it ?

If you have purchased the Mac download and need to change it out for a Windows download, please follow the instructions here to speak with us by phone. As we will need to push a Windows download to your account. @orpdx

If you have not yet downloaded the software you paid for then sign onto your download account - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

Install the TurboTax software on your personal computer and start the program.  You will be asked to provide the license code.
