I purchased a 2016 cd home and business i need to download previous years 2014 and 2015

Do I have to purchase each year or can I just download them to my account? I also don't know how to create an account with my cd

to do what you want, you need access to existing TurboTax account(s) for those years,

You don't need a new account nor an old account to run the CD/Download version for 2016.
