I purchased 2018 and 19 turbo tax. It won't run on my mac OS X !? now the online intuit turbo tax is trying to charge me again to file 2019? Help I can't file. 10.10.5 OS

The TurboTax online and desktop editions are separate program with separate price points.

Online is now closed for 2019.  You need to find a computer you can install it on or get a refund.
