I printed and filed my 2022 taxes, but I mailed them in and Turbotax won't let me start 2023. How do I get past this?

The tax season is for 2022. Did you mean your 2021 return?  If you did mean you mailed in your 2021 tax return, then you can prepare your 2022 using the Online version. Hopefully, you used the 2021 tax software to prepare your 2021 tax return.  

The Online version is only to prepare a 2022 tax return.  Your 2023 return will not be prepared until you file it in 2024.
