I previously filed my taxes and had to refile because I needed to enter 1095-A info in, now my return says that I owe $244 instead of getting a $1,200 tax return. HELP

You can only e-file your return once unless your e-file is rejected.

If you indicated that you needed to make changes to your return, you are amending your return. 

When you start an amended return, your tax calculator resets to zero.  As you make changes the tax calculator will reflect either additional refund or (as in your case) a tax balance you have to pay.  You are still receiving your original refund amount. 

An amended return has to be printed, signed and filed by mail.
