Three things to try:
1) Shut down TTX and rt-click on the TTX icon and make sure you select Run As Administrator...and try again.
or
2) A Microsoft update was issued this week...check for full installation of that first.....and reboot whether or not one is waiting. then try again.
or
3) If #2 doesn't work, download and install the Manual Update instead....make sure it is working OK, then go grab a snack for 15-20 minutes and come back and re-check...the manual update can take a while to get done. Once TTX is restarted...run the internal update again (sometimes the manual update is one version behind).
