I've been trying to talk to someone since early afternoon yesterday with no results. I was told that I would receive a call back... but that never happened. Please note that I also filed a return yesterday for my 93 year old mother-in-law without any issues. I also use Turbotax, Quickbooks and Intuit for several of my businesses and have absolutely no problems. I'm not sure what is going with my daughter's filing, but the horrendous communication problems are extremely disappointing... not to mentioned that my daughter's tax returns are now late!! I would appreciate some guidance. Thanks so much.

It would be difficult to resolve your issue without more information, as in this forum we are unable to look at your return.
If you received an Email confirmation that your daughter's returns were successfully filed, what led you to believe they were not?
If they were Rejected, you would also receive an Email with directions (and possibly a direct link) to fix any issues and re-file.
If her return was rejected, she has until April 20 to resolve the issues and re-file.
