I prepaid estimated state taxes more than 4 times. My bank made a duplicate payment for the same amount on the same day. I combined the total as one payment. Is it okay?

Yes, first, only the combined total amount paid gets reported on your forms and, since your payment was made on the same day, it will be properly credited to the same estimated tax due date, so its ok to just combine the amount as one entry.
