I posted a question here on the community, received an e-mail reference number, but now the question is not found/deleted -- and not answered. Why does this happen?

I recently raised a question, but never received any feedback / response.  The question has now been deleted / not found.  A screenshot with reference number in the url is attached.  Why does this happen?

I show that this question is the only question you posted on this board from the walterelmore screen name. Perhaps you posted on the other message board at https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/Community/ct-p/en-us

OK I thought I was in the Support forum and not the Community forum.  Support tab was underlined at top of screen.  Regardless, I have reposted the question on the Support area so hopefully it will get picked up and not deleted.  Many thanks
