Be sure to check to see if the first time you "paid" the fees for preparing your taxes were actually charged to your credit card account. There are no additional fees associated with resubmitting your rejected tax return unless, you started fresh from a new account or you were required to upgrade to a higher version from the previous Turbo Tax product you were using.
If you find that you have already paid and the product is asking you to pay again, please contact us at customer support so we can further assist you.
You added a service or upgraded while working on the rejection. Go to Tax Tools,,,Tools...Fees. It will show what you are being charged for. You may be able to fix it yourself or may have to call support.
To verify your fees follow these steps:
1. Click "Tax Tools" on the left hand side.
2. Click "Tools" on the left hand side.
3. Click " My Fees."
