Had any luck? I have the same issue, and now that they don't have an agent to chat with is worst
I still have no idea what's going on. Im not even sure if this charge is what I said above or if they're charging me for enhanced service. I idiotically said yes when a prompt asked if I wanted extra help for $60 but the charge I'm seeing is like $140 so either way something is wrong. But I can't reach anyone to tell me what's going on. They don't seem to want their agents to have enough information to resolve anything. I'm thinking of just giving up and transferring everything over to another program like EZ tax or something. I don't think I can face trying to explain to another customer service person whats going on and them not understanding. I don't blame the employees, clearly they aren't given enough info to do their jobs.
In order to file with the QuickBooks self-employed subscription you need to make certain that the login information for TurboTax and QuickBooks is the same. Then all of your data will transfer over to the tax return. Then you will file through the interface in your QuickBooks subscription. Log in there and file from there.
If you need assistance with filing while in your Quickbooks subscription click the 'help' button.
thank you. I'm so confused but I think this charge might be an upgrade for premium. I called to ask a question and they said it would be $60. I stupidly said yes and then realized it was something I could just google. But instead of $60 that the phone prompt said it would cost, its charging me $99 for federal and $39 state so $138 when it quoted me $60. I already paid almost $400 in intuit subscription services this year. Again I am still not sure what this charge is but I think it might be that. Every customer service rep has given me a different answer or didn't call back when they said they would or got cut off. I'm so exhausted by this whole thing I'm just putting off doing my taxes because I don't want to have to explain it all over again. If it's not fixed I'm just gonna do my taxes with another service that doesn't trick its customers into higher fees. The other thing is the last person I spoke to sent me a refund link. I dont need a refund link since I haven't paid yet. I think I need a service code to reduce the charges before I pay.
I am in the same boat. I had costumer service call me and they sent me a link to request a refund which was rejected. I am very disappointed
