Ok ... so you used the TT program, agreed to pay the TT fee and did pay the fee for the use of the program and you were expecting a refund. But now that the IRS will not release the refund that is somehow turbotax's fault and you think you should not have to pay the TT fees ? Does this even sound reasonable ? If you took a taxi to the movies and paid for the ride but the movie theater had a power outage and you could not see the movie would you really expect a refund from the taxi driver ?
