Is it possible that your 2017 return was rejected after you e-filed it? If that happened, the IRS would not have received the return; it's as if you never filed it at all. You would have received an email indicating that your return was rejected and given the opportunity to correct and re-submit the return.
At this point, please contact TurboTax Customer Support to request a free download of the 2017 software. You can then access your 2017 tax data file and import it into the desktop program. You'll then need to print, sign and mail that return to the IRS.
