I paid through Amazon for Premium tax program, now when I try to enter K-1 Turbo Tax online asking me for more money- How do I enter K-1

I am already relegated to use Turbo Tax on line because of Window's transition to Windows 11 which now doesn't work on my Windows 10

You are confused in several ways.   The current desktop download software for 2024 returns works on Windows 10.   It is next year---for 2025 tax returns --that you will need Windows 11.

And....you cannot pay for online TurboTax with the license code for the desktop software.   If you paid amazon for desktop,  that is what you should be using unless you want to pay twice.

We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end.   You need to use the desktop software.   One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar.   Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen.   Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.

You appear to be posting from online software instead of the desktop CD/download software that the license code is for.  If you are using online, you are using the wrong program.  You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for.  You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.

You can install Turbo Tax 2024 Desktop program on Windows 10.   I did mine on Windows 10.   It’s next year’s program for 2025 that you need Windows 11.  Try installing it again.

Sorry you can't apply the Desktop CD/Download program purchase to the Online version.  (The App is just a portal to the Online version.)  They are separate prices and work different.  You have to pay for online and try to get a refund for the Desktop program.  Or switch to your program.

To Continue in your Desktop program......

You need to install the program on your computer and move your online return to the Desktop program. You can move your Online file to the Desktop program and continue without paying for Online or needing to reenter your info.
