I paid taxes owed in full with turbo tax how can I confirm since I used turbo tax for everything?

TT doesn't pay the taxes ... all  the program does is send the payment info to the  taxing authority when you file the return.  Then the taxing authority completes the payment as directed.  Your confirmation of payment would be the bank or credit card statement showing the payment to the feds or state.
