I paid self employment estimated tax quarterly. Where do I put in those figures?

You pay estimated taxes to the IRS. They are not coded as self-employment taxes, however- they are simply "estimated taxes". The Self-Employment Tax is added to 1040 tax return, and the payments made reduce what you owe on your return.
