Are you in the right account?  It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

Are you asking about paying your TurboTax fees, or about paying tax that you owe?

Paying the taxes owed.  On Monday, I got all the way to the final step.  I thought it was weird there was no other link or confirmation of the payment.  Well, I just went back on there, and there was a link that was not available on Monday, so I best not be getting charged extra for a TurboTax error.

Your only proof of payment is your bank statement or credit card showing the payment coming out.  Turbo Tax will always show the tax due or refund.  That is just the final result on your tax return.  Your return on Turbo Tax is not updated when you paid the tax due.  The IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax anything about your return.  After Turbo Tax transmits your return they are done with their part.

TurboTax will always show the amount of tax that you owed when you filed your tax return. It does not know when or whether you paid the tax. TurboTax gets no feedback from the IRS about tax payments.

How did you pay the tax? If you selected direct debit, to have your tax payment taken directly from your bank account, check your bank account to see if the payment was made. But the IRS often does not take the payment from your bank account until a few days after the payment date that you specified.
