I paid off my Home Equity loan in June 2018. I'm confused about the "if you paid off you load this year" statement. Do I enter $0 (owed on 1/1/2019) or the payoff amount?

Since you paid off the loan in June and had a $0 balance you will enter $ for amount owed on 1/1/2019
