I paid my return thru paUSAtax via my paypal, when I go to file my taxes what is the option I should choose thru my turbo tax?

Choose the option to pay by check or money order. This method is free, and you assume the responsibility to pay after your return is filed.

Ok, I wondered about that.  Thank you!  It says that the payment will be with the IRS under the main SS # so I assume that once they receive the electronic file it attaches to the return.

Yes, the IRS uses the SSN and the first four letters of your last name when matching payments and documents to your return. You should be fine.
